Does the 7-day timeline include back-and-forth with me?
The 7 business days starts from when we receive your completed intake form and all required assets (logo, photos, copy). If there are delays in providing materials or feedback, the timeline adjusts accordingly. Once we have everything, we move fast.

What are my hosting options?
You have two options. You can host with 5Tales on our premium infrastructure at $490 + GST per year — fast load times, reliable uptime, and fully managed by our team with no technical hassle on your end. Alternatively, if you already have a hosting provider you’re happy with, we can deploy your completed website directly to them at no extra cost. Either way, we’ll make sure your site goes live smoothly.
Can I upgrade to a fully custom website later?
Absolutely. Many of our clients start with the 7-day build to get online fast, then upgrade to a fully custom build as their business grows. Existing 5Tales clients receive preferential pricing on our custom development packages.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every website we build includes basic on-page SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, and proper heading structure — so your site is correctly set up from day one. You won’t rank overnight for competitive terms, but your site will be indexed and visible. For stronger rankings, our SEO packages are available as a separate service.
