What to post?: Snapchat Stories is a fantastic tool for conveying ‘raw’ messages. A combination of video and images will perform best on the platform. Aim to ensure that your content is good, but not over-produced. Snapchat should feel more natural.

How often?: 2-8 times daily.

Pinterest

What to post?: Pinterest is an image platform through and through. It is crucial to have high quality images and to make sure they are relevant and interesting. That said, aim to attach links to the photos through the description.

How often?: 1-2 times daily.

Google+

What to post?: With a small user base you can feel free to spam Google+ with links and only the occasional crafted post or image.

How often?: 1-2 times daily.

Quora

What to post?: Asking questions can be great to spark discussion but answering them is the major benefit you will find from Quora.

How often?: 1+ times daily – answer however many daily works for you

Reddit

What to post?: Relevant content. This could be a link, or a story or a video – it just depends what subreddit you are in. Just make sure that it is good and relevant content or you will quickly find yourself ignored – or worse.

How often?: At most once per day – over posting is the death of many Reddit strategies

LinkedIn

What to post?: As the social network for professionals LinkedIn content could be posting links to articles you have on your site or even better – repurpose the content you write for your site for the LinkedIn platform leaving links to the full articles on your website.

How often?: Once daily.

YouTube

What to post?: Videos on YouTube can vary from short clips to long form content that has had a much larger amount of thought, planning and preparation put into it. We recommend seeing what content you already produce and then basing the decision on what videos you create into how that will fit into the overall picture.

How often?: Decide on a schedule that will work for you and be consistent. It could be monthly or it could be daily, just stick to it.
